Do you have this product in stock?
We strive to keep as many products in stock as possible. If you would like to check the stock of a specific item, please contact us.
Which products are made to order?
Certain products are made specifically for you! Check the product description under each item to see if it’s made to order.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
If your item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations at this time.
If your item is a stock product, we can accept returns up to 30 days of receiving the product, and cancellations if the order has not shipped.

I received the wrong item; my item is damaged or I’m missing part of my order. What do I do?
We do our best to make sure every order is fulfilled with accuracy. If you have received the wrong item, a damaged item, or have items missing from your order, please contact us.
I need to change my shipping address. How do I do that?
If you have placed an order with the incorrect shipping address or wish to change it after the order was placed, please contact us to update your information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Walsh accepts all major forms of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
We also accept ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal on our website.
What are your primary shipping methods? How much will it cost?
We primary ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).
All website orders shipped within the United States are free of any shipping charges.
Website orders being shipped internationally are subject to overseas shipping fees.
I have an order being shipped internationally. Who pays for duties and taxes?
Walsh is not responsible for any international shipping charges. All duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Where is Walsh located? Are all products made in the United States?
Walsh is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has been since 1914! We take pride in following the same mission created by James Walsh himself by providing quality handcrafted products made in the United States for equine enthusiasts across the globe.

Walsh is actively involved in supporting the communities and marketplaces that we serve. We take pride in supporting both young and experienced riders and drivers through sponsorships, and support different associations and organizations through donations. By doing this, we are able to provide our communities with the best possible products to continue to grow the equine industry.
