Shopify
Walsh uses Shopify to manage our order fulfillment. The Shopify name assures you that your online shopping experience will be convenient, professional, and secure.

Payment Methods 
We accept payment in the form of all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We will also accept payment via PayPal.

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

Sales Tax 
Tax will be applied to your order if it is delivered from the same state or province as our shipping address. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. We don't know the fulfillment location until after you place your order, so your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include taxes.

Shipping and Handling Charges 
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.

International Orders
With the Shopify service, online orders can be delivered worldwide. However, some products, especially large items and items that contain fuel or other hazardous chemicals, are not available for shipment to other countries. To be sure, check the product and shipping notes as you shop. If your country is not listed at checkout, your order cannot be delivered there.

Tax and duty fees may be charged by your country when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility. Walsh ships to most countries across the globe.

Minimum Charge of USD $75.00

Returning Merchandise 
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and contact information. You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped. The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller. If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact us to initiate your return or exchange. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due 
As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Defective Items 
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items 
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility 
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. 

Price and/or Description Changes 
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Order Questions or Changes 
If you have questions regarding an order, or would like to change part of your order, please contact us. Depending on the status of your order, it may not be subject to changes.

Errors on Our Site 
Walsh reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Walsh will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Walsh's Return Policy.

Privacy
Walsh gathers personal information from you in order to provide superior service, communicate offers on merchandise and services which we believe will be of interest to you, customize our communications to you, administer our business, and improve your shopping experience.
