Sometimes things don’t work out! We are happy to accommodate returns on stock items that you may not be 100% satisfied with. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in new condition and must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the item.
All returned items must be received by Walsh before a refund or exchange can be submitted.
Shipping charges are not eligible for refund on returned items.
Made to order items are not eligible for return.

Custom items including nameplates, embroidery and specific color options are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Walsh reserves the right to charge a restocking fee when applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind on your order? We understand! Order cancellations are accepted on stock items only. Simply send us an email or give us a call to let us know you’d like to cancel your order. Find our contact information here.
If your order has already been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. You have the ability to return the item upon receiving the order.
Made to order items are not eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent
Walsh is committed to sending out quality products with accuracy and efficiency, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received a damaged product, or incorrect items were sent, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please save all packaging and take pictures of the damaged or incorrect item. Please reach out with your order number and corresponding pictures to submit a claim before sending the item back. All returned items must be received by Walsh before a refund or exchange can be submitted.
